Texas Latinx Judges proudly supported the 3rd annual Lawtina Summit held on October 5, 2024 at St. Mary’s Law School. Lawtina celebrates Latinas at all stages of their legal careers by including sessions for pre-law students, law students and practicing lawyers. TLJ board members Chief Justice Dori Contreras and Judge Toni Arteaga interacted with many of the participants who expressed appreciation for TLJ’s support. Many commented on the inspiration they feel in seeing the example set by TLJ members.
